Please note that all purchases are made to order and all will usually PROCESS within 1 week and  then be shipped.

I accept paypal as a method of payment. You can pay with your pay pal account or your credit card at the checkout.

Domestic Shipping :

First class takes 2-5 days.

If you would like priority shipping (2-3days) please email me at info@smmadellc.com for me to send you a invoice for the upgrade.

International Shipping:

First class can take anywhere from 2-6  weeks. Which ever way works out best. Since international shipping can vary greatly depending on the location please allow up to 2-6 weeks for the shipping time (which is after the process time).

Thanks for your patience! Please remember this is only an approximation, as with anything in life occasionally things do occur to prolong the time a bit (metal restocking, or illness etc). I do my best to meet these timeframes but I do greatly appreciate your patience and understanding when for whatever reason we are not able to.

LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once the order is shipped. While we will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not usually give refunds or exchanges. Everything on the website is made to order so it is made specifically for you. If you have a issue with an item please contact me and I will work with you to make it right.

Time – Customers 7 days to request a refund* Method of refund – To the same form of payment used.

Product condition – Must the item be new, not used.
