This is our basic dog tag, it had Name, phone number and a design of your choice. Please see the list in the photos.
In the personalized please add:
1. Your animal’s name
2. Your phone number
Each dog tag is 1” circle and is of a thick gauge metal. Bears on front with name
And phone number on the back

We do not stamp anything on the back of these ones.
